How to find us from the railway station

We are five/ten minutes from the station on foot. On exiting the station please follow the signs to the cathedral. Once you cross Cathedral Square there is an archway into the Cathedral Precincts. Dean's court is located on the left hand side of the Precincts adjacent to the numbered parking bays.

Directions on how to find us by road.

Follows signs for City Centre/Market/Cathedral.
If coming from A47, look for Frank Perkins Parkway.
Come off at the Boongate exit down to a roundabout.
Take the second exit at the roundabout, down New Road.

If coming from A605, follow the Oundle Road, down to Rivergate, bear right on to Bishops Road, follow the road round to the left on to St Johns Street and continue to the roundabout at the bottom of the road. Take the first left (sharp turn) into New Road.

Go down New Road to the T-junction – the Market will be in front of you.

Turn LEFT - Land Registry in front of you. Turn right - pass Greenwoods (Monkstone House) and a long low red building. Turn left immediately after this in to Wheel Yard (bank on corner). Follow the road to the right, through the gates (security checked).

You are now in a one-way system. Dean's Court is the building first on the left. Limited parking may be available in the gravelled area at the front of the building.
